When Taylor Floral Designs and Gifts, LLC' owner, Myrna Taylor, started her business, she quickly noticed a hesitation among others in the floral industry to share knowledge or collaborate. Many established florists feared teaching others would lead to competition and, ultimately, a loss of business. Myrna, however, saw it differently.

“Every day we meet new people and strengthen relationships that we've had here since we started in this area about four years ago,” she said.
